Privacy Statement

Printmaker is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the laws of the United States and other countries in which it does business. Printmaker will only do business with contractors and suppliers whose practices conform to the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") and similar state, local and foreign laws. It will not do business with any contractor or supplier who knowingly violates the laws of the country in which it operates or permits its contract facilities to do so.

With the cooperation of the NY State and City DOL agencies, and garment industries representatives, Printmaker was instrumental in the formation and application of training classes for contractors to insure their understanding and compliance with FLSA laws and practices. In addition, contractors are audited, by a third party, on an unannounced basis to insure contractors' full compliance with the laws of the FLSA and OSHA.

Printmaker's compliance mission: To form a working partnership with the community of manufacturers, provide educational avenues to insure labor law understanding, and maintain compliancy.
